Two songwriters, Andy Stone and Troy Powers, claim Mariah's 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' rips off their song of the same name. Their song was released in 1989, four years before Mariah's hit single. This copyright infringement case is similar to previous cases which have also made claims against Mariah.
Mariah has yet to comment on the case.
