Celtic fans ignored calls from their club not to fly banners or flags relating to the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict before the Champions League match against Atlético Madrid.
Supporters known as The Green Brigade, who typically sit in the north curve of Celtic Park, handed out thousands of Palestine flags before the match. Celtic have been fined twice in the past for similar messages by their fans, and the club could now face further disciplinary action.
